The PAO is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of eight members elected by local association delegates at our Annual General Meeting. The demands on Board Directors are significant, with the President holding a full-time position and the Board Directors undertaking PAO work on top of their local association and service obligations where applicable.
The Board is supported by five full-time staff with an office in Toronto.
