About Morgan Terry
Morgan Terry is a Senior Program Manager in the Office of the Inspector General, where she leads the development of strategies to enhance collaboration and alignment across the Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) and with policing partners, with a focus on supporting the IOP and the policing sector to fulfill responsibilities and requirements under the new Community Safety and Policing Act (CSPA). Morgan has also served as the acting Deputy Inspector General and as the Manager of the IOP’s Police Services Liaison Unit. At the Ministry of the Solicitor General, Morgan spent over a decade leading initiatives aimed at transforming policing and community safety, including the development of the Ministry’s Community Safety and Well-being Planning Framework, stakeholder engagement and policy development for the CSPA, and the Ministry’s police monitoring and inspections program.
