Michael Duffy

Michael Duffy is Senior Vice President, Pension Operations, Engagement and Strategic Initiatives at OMERS. Michael joined OMERS in 2024 and leads a team dedicated to stakeholder and sponsor relations, communications, and the internal governance of the office of the Chief Pensions Officer. Prior to OMERS, Michael was legal counsel to the Police Association of Ontario where he provided assistance to Ontario’s municipal police associations and advocated on their behalf. Michael holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Waterloo and a law degree from Western University.
