About Session
This panel discussion with members from YRPA will highlight the scope of associations’ duty of fair representation, along with the process, challenges, and best practices for representing multiple (opposing) members in workplace incidents. The session will also highlight relevant workplace policies and procedures, and the importance of effective communication with all parties.
