Sgt. Pitts has been an extremely positive influence within our office. He is genuinely invested in seeing staff succeed and takes an active role in helping guide careers in the directions individuals aspire to pursue. He is consistently supportive, always offering encouragement and making himself available to help. He actively promotes professional development, encouraging members to enroll in courses and participate in training opportunities that align with their goals.
Currently serving as our Acting Staff Sergeant, he has worked exceptionally hard to earn this opportunity. In this role, he continually looks for ways to improve the efficiency and safety of our workplace, placing strong emphasis on health, safety, and the overall environment of the building.
He is also fostering new relationships with our stakeholders and surrounding municipalities, strengthening partnerships and enhancing collaboration. Trevor brings thoughtful, creative ideas to help address complex challenges and is proactive in finding solutions. He regularly attends community events and represents the OPP with professionalism and pride.
