As a School Resource Officer, Constable Kelsie Annaert is deeply committed to building positive relationships with youth. Now heading into its eighth year, she runs a community event alongside a teacher at a local Brantford school that provides graduating elementary and secondary students in the area with a wide selection of gently used formal wear at no cost. The initiative, called One Stop Grad Show, was launched in 2017, and its impact has been truly remarkable in helping students celebrate an important milestone.
