Formally known as the Executive Member Workshop, the Foundations of Executive Leadership annual development course provides an overview of the information that association representatives need to effectively represent their members. With material presented by PAO staff and police association leaders from across Ontario, it is ideal for newly-elected board members or more experienced board members who want to update their knowledge in executive leadership. 

Note: 4 credits are earned for this workshop which is a requirement for Level 1 – Bronze of the PAO Representative Excellence Program.
