Employment Conference

Venue: Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel

With the Community Safety and Policing Act (CSPA) slated to come into force on April 1, 2024, the PAO, in partnership with the OACP, OAPSB, and OSOPA, will be bringing together policing partners throughout Ontario to ensure that the information in the Act and associated regulations is known, shared, and discussed.

The conference will highlight key changes to the policing framework, bring together associations, boards, and chiefs of police and feature sessions delivered by industry experts. The conference aims to promote a shared understanding of the CSPA. Particular focus will be paid to the impacts of various changes on police services of various sizes.

  • 2024 CSPA Summit: February 27-28, 2024

Both events will be held at the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel. Hotel booking details will be shared in the coming months.

2024 PAO Employment Conference

To accommodate the CSPA Summit, the 2024 Employment Conference has been condensed to a one-day, pre-summit event on Monday, February 26th, 2024.
