On Tuesday, October 8, prior to the 2024 Civilian Conference, the PAO will host the Advisory Council of Presidents (ACOP) meeting. ACOP is a group of current association Presidents who meet several times a year to discuss matters of importance to the PAO, share information, and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors. Please note, the ACOP meeting is closed to association Presidents only.

While there is no fee to attend the ACOP meeting, pre-registration is required and separate from the Civilian Conference registration. Presidents can register for this event during the registration process by adding a ticket to their registration.
