This event is open to sworn police service members only, please.
Gender equity requires everyone – regardless of gender – to come to the table and find ways to achieve it. WE are stronger together. This workshop will explore equity and gender in policing. The three-day component is primarily for male officers (February 19-21, 2020); the two day component is for female officers (February 20-21, 2020). This event is not meant to exclude those who do not identify as male or female – non-binary officers are invited to review the syllabus and assess where they feel they will learn and contribute best.
