Issues specific to civilian members are central to the work of all police associations. Civilians face unique job stressors, collective agreement terms, and workplace opportunities that differ from their peers across the province. At the 2026 Civilian Conference, hosted in partnership with the Belleville Police Association, members will be presented with a variety of presentations and panels on topics particularly relevant to civilian members. Delegates attending this conference will receive two (2) credits towards the Representative Excellence Program.
