2024 Fall Membership Meeting and Advocacy Day

The Police Association of Ontario invites members to attend the 2024 Fall Membership Meeting and Advocacy Day. This three-day event will feature key government officials, notable politicians, policing stakeholders, and speakers offering valuable professional development opportunities for association executives. 

On Advocacy Day—Wednesday, November 20—members will have the opportunity to meet with MPPs and key government officials to engage in meaningful conversations on critical issues affecting policing. After the day’s meetings at Queen’s Park, a reception will be held at Earl’s (150 King Street West) from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for members, MPPs, and officials. 

  • Location: Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
  • Meeting Room: Willow Room, Mezzanine Level
  • Meal Room Chestnut Room
  • Dress Code: Business Attire

PAO Event Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be sent to events@pao.ca.

    • Refunds:
      Cancellation requests received seven (7) or more days before the event start date will be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administration fee. After this deadline, registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days and issued to the original payment method. For cheque payments, an EFT will be issued.

    • Substitutions:
      Substitutions are allowed at any time at no additional charge. Send the substitute’s name, title, and contact information to events@pao.ca. The PAO will maintain a waiting list to facilitate substitutions if necessary.

Note: Paid registration fees may not be transferred between event
